We are back up and running after a month back in Italy hosting a wine and food tour around Tuscany for ten days with a great group of 9 people for 10 days.
That was followed by a two week tour of my old haunts of Camogli on the Ligurian coast, Belaggio at lake Como, and of course Bormio where I first lived in Italy and learnt how to make bresaola and fell in love with curing meats.
